Vince Hagan Parts Return Policy
Vince Hagan makes returning parts hassle-free
- All products (other than special orders) are returnable for any reason – within 30 days of the ship date
- Shortages and discrepancies must be made within 3 business days after delivery
- There is a 15% restock fee charged.
- Items must be returned in a new or unused state.
- A credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date you send the part back (using our provided return shipping label)
- A return can be initiated via phone at 800-354-3238 EXT 2
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a tracking number assigned specifically to your return, must be approved by Vince Hagan, and is used for internal tracking purposes.
How do you calculate my credit?
Vince Hagan will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:
- The original outbound freight charge cost incurred by Vince Hagan (if Vince Hagan paid the freight on the initial order)
- No other hidden fees or charges
What if the error was made by me (ordered wrong size, etc.)?
If you purchased the wrong part, and it arrives at your location undamaged, Vince Hagan will credit you the full amount of the price paid for the original part. You will be responsible for return freight and any additional fees incurred in the shipping process.
What if the error was made by Vince Hagan (wrong part delivered, etc.)?
If the error was made by Vince Hagan or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.
Are there limitations on items that can be returned?
Special order items are non-returnable, but most other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. Most consumable parts – like gum rubber boots and belts – are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer’s expense.
When can I expect my refund for my returned part?
Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the date that you ship the return if you utilize the return label we provide – the fastest credits in the industry! Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
What if my return is a large item that requires a pallet?

Vince Hagan will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:
- The cost of the prepaid return label that we send to you along with the RMA (Resellers are responsible for return freight costs)
- 15% Restocking fee
- No other hidden fees or charges
